At Divyra, we take great care in preparing and packing every order. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or mismatched product, please contact us within the applicable time period mentioned below.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.

To request a return, the product must be kept in its original condition and should not have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

A clear unboxing video is required for return, exchange, or damage-related claims. The video should clearly show the package and the product received.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only in the following cases:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.

  • The customer receives an incorrect or mismatched product.

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.

The product must be returned in its original condition and properly packed.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Customers are required to:

  1. Record a clear video while opening the package.

  2. Keep the product in its original condition.

  3. Pack the product properly for return.

  4. Send the product back as instructed by our customer support team.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the return is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days after the returned product has been received and successfully verified.

Conditions for Return, Exchange & Refund
